My Second Milestone

Welcome to my third blog post. During this past week I have created a mock miro board and trello  board to convey the production processes. The trello board will be useful to take pictures from to better illustrate the production process when I go over methodologies. I created a mock miro board that I can use to demonstrate how to use the tool in further chapters. While I find these tools to be quite useful I have realized that many people have never used these tools before and therefore there is a learning curve. I have had to think  a lot about how to onboard people into these tools due to poor attribution in the past. It seems that many people are adverse to participating in group software unless they have bought into the usefulness of that tool. This is one of the main challenges I have run into this week and I am still brainstorming the best ways to go about explaining them. Hopefully I can get that question answered in this upcoming week.
